Their website seems to rather dated and annoying to use, checkout can be quite irritating but their service and quality of flowers has always be great.

I used them several times in the past but no anymore. They once were the best florist company, but over the years the standards have dropped in my opinion. I sent an order for flowers to be delived to Ireland the last time I used them and it arrived three days late!

Helpful, lovelly flowers and did a great job. Interflora did a great job for me, even after I ordered the wrong flowers by mistake and so needed to make changes to my order at the last minute.

The customer service team were very helpful and the local Interflora florist selected did a great job with the flowers.

It was my Mum's Birthday so I decided to buy her some flowers. I had heard of Interflora's reputation so I went to their site. On their home page you choose for what occasion the flowers are for. My mum adored them - they were beautiful and arrived on the morning of her birthday. I have only used them once but for what it's worth I can recommend them.

I have used Interflora for many years and have experienced only one occasion where their flowers were not up to scratch. There website is easy to use, there choice is vast and the quality of the flowers is very good.
The one time the flowers only lasted a few day before they started to wilt I emailed Interflora expressing my disappointment and they sent another bouquet the next day!
